  • Fat free Greek Yogurt

  • Coco powder

  • Orange zest and juice

  • Sweetener

  • Grated zest and juice of 1 orange

  • mixed raspberries, blueberries and hulled and halved strawberries, to serve

method

Depending on how much mousse you want to make. I mixed 4 tbsp of greek yogurt, 3 tsp of coco

2 tsp of sweetener and half and orange zest and juice. I do like my mousse very chocolate. But i think, you should just play around with the flavours.

Great excuse to taste it. After you're happy. Leave it in the fridge for about an hour to two hours. Add some berries and tuck in.......
