Meatballs and veg lunch

 I’m making a concious effort to be healthier this year. I want to be lighter and fitter. I love lamb, welsh lamb, but it can be pretty fatty. So low fat lamb meatballs with some moroccon spices really hit the spot today. Added some veg. It was perfect.

1 teaspoon ground cumin 1 teaspoon ground ginger 1 teaspoon salt 3/4 teaspoon black pepper 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander 1/2 teaspoon cayenne 1/2 teaspoon ground allspice 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves 

Add lamb. 

Make them into balls . Cook them and away you go!
