♥ Honestly, these are some juicy burgers ♥ There i was sitting on Church street, watching a group of men drinking carling in ten feet tall. While, i was doing a loud, very inappropriate oooohhhh and oh yeaaahhhh, that's so good, so juicy. I saw 👀 them perving on my super crunchy onion rings with all of the dips and a crunchy mild mustard slaw. I saw them. Back off ... they were mine, so i scoffed them quickly. One thing i love about Honest burgers, is that it's not a chain that replicates restaurant in different cities. They tailor everyone to work for the city and the people. By bringing in some local flavours like the Cardiff burger Honest beef, candied bacon, Hafod organic cheddar, Cwtch leeks, mustard mayo, lamb’s lettuce and pickles.
We decided to go for a classic tribute and a veggie fritter ( for a change) onion rings, rosemary chips and dips. 🍔 𝗧𝗥𝗜𝗕𝗨𝗧𝗘 Honest beef, bacon, American cheese, burger sauce, French's mustard, pickles, onion and lettuce with homemade rosemary salted chips 🍔 𝗙𝗥𝗜𝗧𝗧𝗘𝗥 Southern fried courgette and sweetcorn fritter, cheddar, chipotle mayo, slaw, red onion and pickles with homemade rosemary salted chips 🍺 𝗟𝗢𝗖𝗔𝗟 𝗕𝗘𝗘𝗥 Their ethos is to support local beers and they have done this across all of their 30+ restaurants across the uk. I had the tiny rebel - Pump up the Jam ( a fruity jam donut pale ale) 🥯 𝗢𝗡𝗜𝗢𝗡 𝗥𝗜𝗡𝗚𝗦 𝗗𝗜𝗣𝗦 𝗔𝗡𝗗 𝗖𝗛𝗜𝗣𝗦 We have a nice mountain of onion rings, perfect balance of batter to onion. Having this ratio of bat to ring is very important. I've had a few soggy rings in my time. Ych a fi. But this was 👌
Their homemade chips will a hint of rosemary were the bomb. The rosemary just pimps the shit out the chips and makes it a bit more spesh. Dips from spicy chipotle mayo to vegan dips. Tip.
