NO. 6 Ynyshir at home Ynyshir at Home No.3 is a special one for that special someone in your life. Due for Valentines weekend, this one is all about having a bit of fun at home with a few of our favourites, Ynyshir dirt‑box style! It features pork belly char siu style in a sweet bun, chicken with our katsu ketchup, a duck liver parfait smothered over truffled brioche, sticky toffee pudding with sweet miso sauce and double cream and last but not least the incredible Japanese A5 Beef, both a short‑rib and our famous fudge. NO. 7 Kitchen table Home by James Knappett brings a celebration of fine dining cooking to your own kitchen table. Using the same independent and trusted suppliers who have been the cornerstone of Kitchen Table since its opening. James has created two accessible tasting menus for you to recreate at home, a 7‑course menu priced at £75pp or a 11‑course menu priced at £125pp. @kitchentable1
NO. 8 Core by Clare Smyth Core was all about welcoming guests into their restaurant and the atmosphere that they created was what made it special. This is still true however it is currently impossible, and they feel that it is more important than ever to stay connected and entertain you. NO. 9 Black lock Blacklock at Home is little slice of Blacklock in the comfort of your own home. Whether you're entertaining on a Saturday night, fancy a decadent mid‑week treat or a Sunday Roast (almost as good as Mum's).
